1.0.4 Update
AQUINAS
- Control Group trait has been given a small QoL buff to allow better play with new talents like Orator. In-license Mines have been given a similar QOL change allowing allied characters to choose whether or not they activate the mine.
SHRIEKER
- HOT//HND_SHK was a little non-functional as it requires you to know the heat of your target before being able to use it, essentially. At the very least this would require a Scan tax or just guesstimating once you know that the target is in the Danger Zone. Thus, HOT//HND_SHK is getting a usability buff in the form of an additional clause: You always know if a hostile character has more or less heat than you do. If you are adjacent to them, you know the exact value.
Secondly for HOT//HND_SHK, it's getting changed to a Quick Tech baseline (and a Full Tech for the second option), so that it works better with Twice-Offered Hand and the Shrieker's Rebuke trait.
PHAON CRESCENT
- Fade Parry clarified that you make the contested attack roll against your attacker. This was always the intent, but clearing it up won't hurt.
- Adding a short reminder in Impulse clarifying that you can take +1 Difficulty to contested attack rolls as well, so that the intended interaction with Fade Parry is more obvious.
MACULINEON
- Slightly modifying the wording on Reverberator ECMs so that it says "when you target an allied character as part of a quick action or full action...". This lets it play a little more nicely with things that less explicitly "target" allied characters, like Neurospike.
- Improvisation's third option clarified that the allied character "may clear Prone" rather than "may stand up from Prone", so it's a little more clear that they end their Prone even if they're Immobilized.
- Fermata Systems Enhancer getting a small usability rework. It now lasts until the end of your next turn, not the start, but utilizes a "mark" system that prevents you from using it on one person over and over and rolling it over from one round to the next indefinitely. Also increased to 2 SP from 1 SP in light of this.
