For the Senespada passive, is it a protocol, free action or quick action? I can't find anything that specifies what 'provoke' is.
The rules for Provoke are on page 3 of the supplement, in the introduction.

It is effectively Range 1. "You force an adjacent hostile character to kneel before you..."
